FEEDING GROUP
(Run by IBCLC Lactation Consultants and Tongue Tie Practitioners)

Huge apologies but due to unforeseen circumstances the Abbotshall team have currently had to close the whole centre.
Therefore we are unable to provide a community drop-in group. As soon as we have further information, we shall update here and hopefully we'll be back up running again soon.

Drop-in
Charlotte (Birthtale), a midwife, and Vikki (Fairy Godnurse), a paediatric nurse, will work together to follow up with our clients and check on families pre and post-division. The open space will allow families to interact and help support one another. This is a feeding group, and you are welcome however you are feeding your baby!
We are often joined by other IBCLC practitioners with a wealth of feeding knowledge including Barbara, so plenty of support provided.

Even if you are not one of our clients, this is a community set-up, and everyone is welcome to join us for all feeding and tongue tie help. We have created a separate group for community drop-ins that runs from 1-3pm.

Abbotshall Healthy Lifestyle Centre (HLC) is a neighbourhood hub in a creative corner of Catford. Their aim is to provide an environment that through physical activity, creativity and connection supports and celebrates healthy living for all in our community.

Abbotshall has its very own café serving delicious healthy food and drinks.
Come down and say hi to the lovely staff and have a chat to them about what's on at the centre each day. Grab a coffee, some brunch, a healthy lunch or simply come and gaze out at a glorious green space and observe the local wildlife.
